Terms of service

TST Stack is a brand of TSTsystems LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). We provide software and technical infrastructure: time-limited access to our TradingView indicator, our trade copier software, and setup and maintenance of the client's own VPS.

• No management of funds. Clients open, own and control their TradingView, VPS and prop firm accounts. We do not hold client funds, place discretionary trades on a client's behalf, or have withdrawal access to any account.
• Prepaid terms. Service is sold in prepaid terms of 3, 6, 9 or 12 months, paid in USDC on the Base network. Nothing renews automatically. Payments are non-refundable once made.
• Setup window. Setup takes place within 10 days of payment. The term starts at go-live or on day 10, whichever comes first.
• Supported providers only. Service is provided only with supported prop firms and new, dedicated VPS servers from supported providers. Using an unsupported provider, or changing the server setup without us, voids the agreement.
• Risk settings. Clients choose their risk ranges between 0.25% and 0.75% per trade. Settings above 0.75% (up to 2%) require a signed risk acknowledgment.
• End of term. After the term and a 48-hour grace period, the copier stops opening new trades. It does not close open positions.
• Third-party rules. Clients are responsible for following the rules and terms of TradingView, their VPS provider and their prop firm.

Risk disclosure

Trading foreign exchange, futures, CFDs and other leveraged products involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Prop firm evaluation and funded accounts are generally simulated, and passing an evaluation or receiving a payout depends on each firm's rules and decisions, which we do not control.

Automated systems can fail because of software errors, connectivity problems, server outages, platform changes or market conditions such as gaps and slippage. Results vary between clients because of risk settings, entry timing, position sizing and account conditions. Past performance, backtests and client experiences do not guarantee future results. Nothing we publish is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. TSTsystems LLC is not a broker, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor or money manager.

Some links on this site and in our onboarding, including links to VPS providers, prop firms and TradingView, are affiliate links. We earn a commission if you sign up through them. This does not change your price. We only list providers that support our setup.

Privacy policy

What we collect. Contact details (name, email, phone), your TradingView username, the providers you use, your risk settings, payment records (amount, transaction hash and sending wallet address) and support messages.

What we never ask for. Passwords, seed phrases, private keys or card numbers. Never send these to us.

How we use it. To set up and maintain your service, grant and remove indicator access, process payments and renewals, send service emails and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Sharing. We use service providers to run our business, such as our CRM and email platform and hosting. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and your choices. We keep records for as long as needed for the service and legal requirements. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe from non-service emails, by writing to [email protected].
